Melanie was born and raised in Memphis, TN.  Graduated from Cordova High School and Remington College.  Enjoys spending time with her family and friends, building computers, camping trips, traveling to new places.

Melanie has been with Delta Surveillance since 2009.  She has a Associate Degree in Computer Science/ECT (Electronic Computer Technology).  Melanie knows Microsoft Windows Operating Systems as well as Microsoft Office.  She specializes in computer and DVR repairs and her best talent is hardware troubleshooting.  Her responsibilities include (but are not limited to) computer repair, office management and on-site service calls for the convenience of our customers.    

Melanie is a Certified Member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) since 2014.

Melanie is is licensed as a Registered Employee with the Alarm 
Contractors Board through the State of TN Department of Commerce and Insurance.
