Mr. Robinson was born and raised right here
in  Memphis, TN. He and his wife have been married for over 35 years. He has two daughters, both of which work for him at Delta Surveillance. In his free time, David enjoys building gaming computers, spending time with his family, and the occasional hunting/fishing trip.

David Robinson- Owner

Mr. Robinson is an entrepreneur experienced in the private security industry since 1976. He began his career as a security officer patrolling apartment complexes for a retired Louisiana Chief of Police. After six years of mentoring, he began his own Contract Security Guard Service and Private Investigative Agency. In 1981, he created the electronic security division called American Digital Security Systems. His company installed and serviced customized security systems of all types. They consisted of hardwired and wireless electronic
intrusion alarms, closed circuit television systems, controlled access systems, intercom systems, fire alarms and life safety systems, distributed sound systems and home theater surround sound systems. As a security consultant with such vast experience in security and electronic equipment, and a hunger for knowledge for the best ways to provide security for his clients, he also learned the latest advancements in Covert Surveillance and Counter Surveillance. He was the 40th person to be licensed as a Qualified Agent in the
State of Tennessee under the Alarm Contractor Licensing Law. In 1997, Mr. Robinson started a new company, Delta Surveillance, under the umbrella of an established security guard company called J Pickett Enterprises. Mr. Robinson started Delta Surveillance in hopes to concentrate on the newest advancements in security, i.e., Closed Circuit Television Systems with networking and remote video surveillance. Since 1997, Delta Surveillance has proudly installed many extensive CCTV systems for large and small corporations throughout the Mid-South. Effective in February 2005, Mr.  Robinson and Delta Surveillance has branched out from J Pickett Enterprises.  However, the two companies still work closely together to combine JPE's guards with Delta's security systems so that we can continue to offer a total security package.
