Dear Client,
I would like to introduce you to the High Security EagleWatch Network DVR. We are very proud of this Digital Video Recorder; there is nothing else like it on the market today for even three times the price. Our DVR can display live mirror-like images of up to 32-digital video cameras while recording any movement from any of the cameras. We use Intel hyper-threading technology and high-speed dual memory chips to accomplish this. Many other DVR Manufactures claim their DVR does this, but without HT Technology the computer can only process one thread (data stream) at a time per processor. The appearance of multi-tasking is that one thread is placed on hold while another thread runs and the two alternate as fast as the processor and memory flow allow. This results in a DVR as what is called “lag” or a jerky picture. We took several steps to prevent lag. We also gave our DVR the processing power of multiple Intel Pentium 4 Processors, with 4GB of high speed Matched-Memory modules and SATA Hard Disk Drives to increase the effectiveness and overall performance of our DVR and DVR software. Our OS and DVR software is rock solid and offers the most advanced search methods that enable you to view recorded images instantly or search the entire data base in seconds, not hours like video tape or some other DVRs. Other features include "Object search", "Icon Search", "Panoramic Search", "Instant Search", "Time, Date and Camera Number Search", built-in "POS or ATM Searchable Text", "E-Mail functions" (such as sending an email upon alarm or trouble conditions that include a message or camera images). We have one sensor alarm input per camera and multiple alarm outputs that can be programmed to automate many things that would have required on-site personnel to operate manually. Two-way audio is built-in and can be expanded to 32-microphone inputs (1 per camera). The audio can be tied to any one or group of cameras. The EagleWatch Network DVR requires a single Public Static IP Address or free Dynamic IP Address per DVR, not per camera, and does not consume broadband bandwidth when no is watching remotely. A 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet card is built-in with QOS, so that our DVR is not a bandwidth hog like many DVRs. Connection to the Internet, LAN or WAN is simple. Free browser or Client DVR Software allows you to view the DVR cameras from within your network or over the Internet. Free apps allow you to view our cameras over Smart Phones and iPads.
The DVR is the biggest advance in the security industry to date. However, it is much more than a security tool. It is a management tool that few businesses can afford to be without. Imagine sitting at your desk in front of your computer and viewing the cash registers at up to 36-locations on one screen at the same time. Every camera image can display identification information so you always know the camera location. Any camera can detect movement and create an alarm. You may also have the camera images sent to your waiting computer upon demand such as an alarm or pushing a button at a door or gate to request entrance. An output can be triggered remotely to unlock a door, open a gate or sound a siren. Two-way audio allows you to speak to and listen to remote persons viewed by the cameras. An entire 8-hour work shift can be reviewed in less than 10-minutes. Free PDA software allows you to view your cameras on a cell phone or PDA.
Once you have recorded evidence of sound, text and or camera images on our EagleWatch Network DVR on almost unlimited hard disk drive space (up to 7-internal hard disk drives of up to 3TB each, which is over 21-Terabytes internally, plus you may use an unlimited amount of external hard drives), then backing them up automatically, copying or retrieving them is easy. A dual sided DVD / CDROM Burner is included to allow you to record to CDROM R/RW or to DVD (up to 8.5GB maximum capacity). We also included a Multi-Card Reader/Writer Unit that allows you to save images to almost any type of memory card in 72-different styles.
The most advantageous feature of the High Security EagleWatch Network DVR is the fact that it is fully supervised. If the DVR is now so important to business and security, why is it that a DVR manufacturer would allow their DVR units to go unsupervised? The least expensive automobile can tell you if the oil is low or if the engine temperature is too high to avoid a costly repair. The most basic security alarm system will show that the panel battery is weak, that it lost AC electricity, that a zone is not set or that an alarm occurred. Why would you not expect the same basic supervision from a DVR? Most DVRs have no supervision of any kind other than maybe a missing camera warning. The EagleWatch Network DVR is different. Our DVR monitors six different voltages from the power supply, two case fans, the processor fan and two motherboard temperatures, plus the processor temperature. The voltages, fan speeds and temperatures will sound an audible alert and flash a visible alert window whenever low or high settings are reached. It also logs the event and will show a gauge measuring each fan speed, temperature and voltage in real-time. Hard drive health (speed and bad data clusters) is monitored, will sound an alert and log activity. The DVR software also logs all user activity, alarms, motion detection, email alerts and camera failure (with visual and audible alerts). Program data corruption will log and cause the DVR to automatically reboot. Auto-recovery functions allow the DVR program to launch upon power-up and begin recording cameras without a user logging into the system. Automatic reboot and data backup are programmable by time and day of the week. Authority level limits require User Names and Passwords.
This rather lengthy letter describes some of the most important features of the High Security EagleWatch Network DVR. The EagleWatch Network DVR is fully customizable to meet your needs and is field repairable. We can make them water-cooled to work silently and in high heat areas or make them moisture or corrosion resistant or shock proof. If I have your interest, please call to arrange a demonstration.
